During Spring Break, I took many photos.
Seriously, like hundreds of photos. My phone memory is screaming about it! I
need to clear them off. Honestly, I'll do it so I can take more photos. Ha! Today, I just want to share some of the pictures I took while wandering around my neighborhood. There are beautiful places close to home without having to travel far. Here are some of my favorite pictures that I've taken during Spring Break. What did you see over Break. Have you seen some beautiful things? I am amazed at all of the different types, shapes, and colors of tulips!
One of my favorite things to look for in the Spring (besides the Redbuds) are plants called Jack-in-the-Pulpits. When I was very young, my Grandma would take me for short walks around her house. On the shady side of her house, she had this plant that would only show up for a week or so called a Jack-in-the-Pulpit. It didn't really have a flower, but it did have this pitcher-shaped thing that grew under the leaves. I was over-the-moon excited to find some of these cool plants growing wild in the woods around our neighborhood. The first photo I'm sharing here is a slightly blurry photo of the first Jack-in-the-Pulpits I've seen this year. I've also learned that if you click on the pictures, it will get bigger!
Look around and admire nature's colors and patterns! What do you see? There's beauty if you look for it. Take it all in!
