Our Daily Walkabouts: Spring is BLOOMING!

Have you been paying attention to the amazing SPRING happening outside?? Our family, to get some fresh air each day, enjoy taking walks. Wait - let me clarify. Mr. Arnwine, our older daughter, E, and I are enjoying taking daily walks. We are dragging our younger daughter, A, kicking and screaming... We have finally figured out that if we say A can ride her bike, she'll join us "willingly" (or at least with less whining than otherwise).

E and I have been marveling at the colors, scents, and wildlife that we've been lucky enough to catch as we walk through the path in the woods. A zooms past on her bike, though one squirrel thought he'd run in front of her bike, which forced her to slow down and notice his magnificent fluffy tail!

I can not believe how quickly spring is changing the colors outside every day. It's even more colorful than yesterday!

These two bushes were right next to each other, but one had only buds and the other had burst out in lots of tiny leaves. We wondered how that could happen - they're the SAME kind of plant.  Curious! 😕
